What are your delivery times?
Natural gel powder, ballistic soap blocks and kits are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Ready-made gel blocks, Ballistic Sims and custom orders generally require longer.

Can I request a trade account?
Yes. Eligible organisations can apply through our Trade Accounts page.
Can I order custom products or blocks?
Yes. We can manufacture custom blocks, models and specialist products depending on the application. Please contact us.
How do I cancel an order or request a refund?
Contact us before dispatch whenever possible. Ready-made blocks, Ballistic Sims and custom orders should be cancelled within 24 hours because they cannot be refunded after casting or manufacture begins.
Are your products calibrated?
Products are offered in defined forensic/FBI or NATO densities where applicable. Check the relevant product information for preparation and conditioning requirements.
