Ballistic Gel (powder), Ballistic Soap blocks or our kits are usually shipped within a 1-3 working days of ordering - unless ordering from a 3rd party such as Amazon, where orders are shipped by an Amazon partner within their SLA. For ready made Ballistic Gel blocks, Ballistic Sims or custom orders, the delivery time is generally longer and will be delivered based on the stated delivery time at point of ordering. If you have a specific delivery date (leadtime), please contact the team ahead of placing the order to check current timings. A. To cancel an order, please contact us before shipping. If your item has been shipped we can accept a return if the order is unopened and undamaged. The return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will then process a refund within 14 days (usually much quicker).

Please note: Blocks, Ballistic Sim products or custom orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order to ensure they are not cast. These products cannot be refunded once cast. For more information on cancelling orders or getting refunds, please see our Terms & Conditions.

A. Yes, our products are calibrated to forensic (also known as FBI) or NATO standards depending on the product. See the product information to see what type of calibration it is set to. If you require a specific calibration or density, please use our calculator or contact us for more information.
