Refund Policy

Cancellations (Before & After Shipping)

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting the company.

• If the item has already been shipped:

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened and undamaged.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any import/export taxes will be deducted from the refund.

  • Any additional return-related costs may be charged to the customer.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued after the returned item is received.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days (often sooner).

Non-Refundable Items

• The following cannot be refunded once produced (cast):

  • Ballistic gel blocks

  • Ballistic simulation products

  • Custom orders

• These items must be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering to be eligible.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Undamaged

  • In resaleable condition

• Customers must:

  • Package goods properly for transport

  • Remove unnecessary attachments

  • Include a return reference number

• The company is not liable for damage or loss caused by:

  • Poor packaging

  • Unsafe transport conditions

  • Missing return reference

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If goods are:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

• Not delivered

The company will:

• Repair or replace the goods, or

• Provide a refund for the affected items

(Excludes issues caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.)

Additional Notes

• If a delivery issue occurs, customers should contact the company directly before raising disputes.

• Unfounded payment disputes may incur a fee (typically £20).
